Mindfulness and Horses – a combination that can greatly assist relaxation and a sense of groundedness.
I am delighted to be facilitating an equine-assisted morning of relaxing and gentle, guided mindfulness and meditation practises (no experience necessary).
This will be held in a beautiful wooden cabin within a field of free-roaming horses, with stunning views overlooking rolling Sussex countryside.
The horses will be separated but visible from the seated area. There will be some opportunities for direct, supervised interaction with one or more of the horses, no experience is necessary.
This is entirely optional for each individual and will be assessed on the day. Please note this is a highly likely option but can’t be guaranteed as it is weather and horse dependent.
Horses are incredibly gentle and calming beings to be around. They are very grounded and live entirely in the present moment, reacting to whatever is happening in their immediate surroundings. Their presence can help encourage relaxation and a sense of inner peace and calm.
I will share some information regarding horse characteristics, behaviour and communication to enhance your experience with these beautiful animals.
Maximum 6 spaces to allow for interaction with horses if desired.
