This 12 week course, is for people who wish to make transformative changes in their lives.  For people who would like to learn new and exciting information and techniques; receive support, guidance, and tips to enable them to create these changes and live the life of their dreams.  Elaine Gibbons, the course creator, is passionate about motivating people to create the changes they desire into their lives and letting go of what is no longer serving them.  She has been working, and reading extensively around the power of the mind/our thoughts/challenging our current beliefs; law of attraction, and manifestation techniques for many years.  She practises what she teaches and finds these techniques dynamic, exciting, challenging and wisdom-promoting!   She approaches this work from a spiritual and mindful perspective with a background in complementary medicine and meditation.

During this dynamic, life-enhancing course, each week via email, you will receive weekly reading, guidance, tips, techniques and activities, including meditation MP3s for you to listen to.  You will get daily support and encouragement through the facebook page “Life Guidance”.  You will receive personal email support if needed throughout the 3 month period.  There will be optional additional bolt-ons to this course including 1-2-1 skype Life Coaching sessions.  You will also get book and lifestyle recommendations.  Additional Skype (bolt-on) 1-2-1 sessions available at £150 per hour as needed.


Start this course at a time that suits you, in the comfort of your own home.  Ideally allow 30 – 60 minutes approximately per day to complete the tasks/meditations/activities.
