We are quickly moving into spring and the spring equinox is just around the corner – can you feel your inner energy starting to rise? I challenge you to follow your dreams, to activate your passion and to feel excited about your life.
You may need to push yourself through your comfort zone to do this. When you choose to change something about your life, there will be an inner voice, often referred to as the ego, that doesn’t want you to change because it feels threatened by the new. It doesn’t have your highest good in mind and wants things to stay the same. However, change is something you need to embrace to be able to create and attract the positive, new experiences and situations you wish for in your life.

The more flexible, adaptable and embracing of all change in your life you are, the happier you will be. Your dreams and yearnings are your inner self’s way of connecting you with the path that is in your highest good. However, this doesn’t necessarily mean that the path will be smooth, easy and you will feel eternally blissful doing it.

Challenge yourself to do new things, to push yourself and your comfortable habits. Notice your inner fears and judgements and keep on pushing your boundaries. Be firm but gentle on yourself.
