At the spring equinox in nature is coming alive and awakening. We can celebrate the resurgence in the sun’s strength. The days are becoming longer and warmer. We can look around in our natural world and see the signs of new growth, regeneration and enthusiasm for life.
This is a great time of year to look at the balance in our lives. Our work/life/health/emotional/spiritual balance. Come and receive a guided meditation to enable you to reflect on increasing the balance in all aspects of your life. A time to reflect and set your intentions and focus. Our energy is waking up. This is a great time to activate change. Balance enables us to bring change and healing to ourselves as we move forwards into the summer months.
