Come along and celebrate the spring equinox, also known as Ostara – where day and night are of equal length, where the power of change and growth is surging up from the earth. This is a good time to reflect upon what you wish to create this year, to assess how well your work/life/play is balanced, and to set some intentions for the few warmer months ahead.
Venue: Albourne village in a beautiful wooden cabin, with wood-burning stove overlooking rolling Sussex countryside. Directions given upon booking.
This evening will consist of some gentle guided meditations, a craft activity (no skills needed), some supportive reflection time in a circle of women and will include home made cake and tea.
