The theme for this Red Tent will be the Winter Solstice. This is a great time for quiet, inner reflection, at time to look within, to focus on balance in your life, and to set intentions for your coming solar year.
The Red Tent Moon Lodge was traditionally considered to be a time for women to come together to support each other, to feel nourished, connected and replenished. To sit quietly and meditate in a group of women, can be a life-enhancing experience. This is a sacred circle for women to just be. This circle is a non-judgemental and completely confidential space. This group is not a therapeutic or counselling group. This is a relaxed and friendly space for enjoyment and connection.
The evening will consist of some meditation, a shared craft activity (no skills needed!), and healthy tea and cake. There will be some space available to share if that feels right for you.
Venue: Albourne village in a beautiful wooden cabin, with wood-burning stove overlooking rolling Sussex countryside. Directions given upon booking.
