This Red Tent Moon Lodge is a facilitated women’s group around the New Moon time. This is traditionally a time for women to come together to support each other, to feel nourished, connected and replenished. To sit quietly and meditate in a group of women at the new moon can be a life-enhancing experience. This is also a good time to set your intentions for the upcoming lunar month for any projects or ideas you might have.
Each group will be slightly different, and will have a slightly different theme/focus. The group will consist of some restful, quiet sitting; a guided meditation; some sharing time (if you wish); perhaps some singing/listening to music; some laughter and of course tea and healthy cake! Please note this is not a therapy group. This is a sacred circle for women to sit together and feel connected and supported. This circle is a non-judgemental and completely confidential space.
I have been supporting women for over 20 years in my role as an acupuncturist specialising in pregnancy, fertility, menopause, gynaecology and attending in childbirth. I have also completed a Red Tent facilitator training to enhance and focus my skills.
