This meditation evening is suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike. Elaine will guide you through 2-3 short meditations, focusing on the physical body, the breath and also sharing other mindfulness practices and techniques. Finding some peace in the hectic, fast-paced lifestyles we frequently lead can promote calm and feelings of well-being.
Venue: Albourne village in a beautiful wooden cabin, with wood-burning stove overlooking rolling Sussex countryside. Directions given upon booking.
